Return Policy

The staff at My Easy Awning hopes that you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a refund. Please see below for additional information on our return procedures and policy.

Returns
Returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returns must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging and hardware.

Return Process
To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected] to obtain a RMA, Return Merchandise Authorization. Once you have received a RMA, place the item(s) securely in the original packaging along with your proof of purchase. Mail your return to the following address:

Refunds
Once we have received your return, the contents will be inspected to verify the condition of merchandise and the return will be processed. Please allow a minimum of seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process the return. Refunds may take 1 to 2 billings cycles to appear on your credit card statement. This timeframe may vary for each card company. We will notify you that your refund has been processed.
